What can shoppers expect throughout the winter season at your table?
We will consistently provide our sheep’s milk soap and lanolin cosmetics. Our freezers are full of grass fed lamb. We are currently running low on pasture raised chicken, so grab yours as soon as possible.
What do you enjoy most about being part of the Saratoga Farmers’ Market?
I love interacting with our customers! I have enjoyed getting to know the locals and I appreciate the ability to share the journey of buying our own farm with many of our regular customers this year. It’s been a village journey!
How many years have you been at the winter market?
I started exactly a year ago. We came to the market as a holiday guest and have stayed.
Do you participate in the summer market?
Yes. We’ll be there!
Tell us something that shoppers wouldn’t know about you?
I’m a Paul Smith’s grad with a background in Fisheries and Wildlife. I like to apply the same conservation and sustainability principles to our farm management.
