Harvest at the Market
Celebrate the flavors, colors, and fun of fall at Harvest at the Market at High Rock Park from 9 AM to 1 PM!
In celebration of the 11th Annual Saratoga Giant PumpkinFest, happening right next door, we’re adding a little extra harvest fun to your Saturday morning at the farmers’ market. Shop the season’s abundance from local farms and producers, then stay for hands-on activities, tastings, and fall fun for the whole family.
Zucchini Car Making & Races
Kids can transform a zucchini into their very own race car, then send it down the track to see how it rolls! We’ll provide the zucchini, wheels, axles, and decorating supplies, with races held throughout the morning.
Taste the Apple Harvest
Crisp, sweet, tart, juicy—discover just how different locally grown apples can be. Sample several varieties from Saratoga Apple and vote for your favorite.
Guess the Weight of the Pumpkin
Think you have an eye for pumpkins? Take your best guess at the weight of our locally grown pumpkin. The closest guess wins a market prize!
Pumpkin Soup Tasting
Enjoy a taste of the season with samples of pumpkin soup made by Daily Fresh Food!
Harvest Photo Spot
Capture a little piece of fall with a photo among the pumpkins, gourds, and colors of the harvest season. Don’t forget to tag the market on social media!

Cornell Cooperative Extention: Master Gardeners
The Saratoga County Master Gardeners are passionate local volunteers who share research-based gardening knowledge with the community. From diagnosing plant and soil problems to offering seasonal gardening advice, they help local gardens thrive — and they also accept soil samples for testing to help gardeners better understand and improve their soil.
Academy for Lifelong Learning
A.L.L. of Saratoga County offers engaging educational opportunities for adults who love to learn, connect, and explore new interests. Through a wide variety of classes, lectures, discussions, and special programs, A.L.L. fosters intellectual curiosity and lifelong enrichment in a welcoming community setting.

Tisch Family Band
The Tisch Family Band comes from Cobleskill, NY, and frequently performs in various venues throughout Schoharie County and the Capital District. With Dave on 5-string banjo and Pam on flute, the husband and wife duo are known for their windy Irish airs, and take their repertoire from noted and more obscure jigs and reels, backwoods bluegrass, and polkas. On occasion they can be graced with the presence of their daughter Gretchen, (Feathered Antler), who plays flute and is an accomplished Irish step dancer, adding a visual pizzazz to their performance. The sound of the Tisch Family Band, with varying arrangements and orchestration, are attuned for every occasion and venue, from the intimate private party, nursing home visit or wedding to the festive craft fair, art festival or farmers’ market.
The BurnsBoys
The BurnsBoys are a duet playing original music and cool covers. We are also members of the local band, BurnsMoore Bridge (Formerly Craic Agus Ceol) which has been performing in the northeast for over 15 years.
