How long have you been part of the Saratoga Farmers’ Market?
I have been selling our own meats at the market since I believe 2020 prior to that I worked for anther farm selling their cheeses.
In addition to the winter market, are you at the outdoor market?
Yes we also participate in the summer market.
What do you sell at the Saratoga Farmers’ Market?
We offer Grass fed American Wagyu beef, Heritage breed pork, and milk fed humane raised rose Veal. We offer various cuts of meat as well as some smoked meats and sausages.
What can shoppers expect with May-K-Mark?
We have been growing our Beef herd over the past few years and look forward to having a full offering of all our options through the winter season and into the spring and summer season.
What is something shoppers don’t know about you?
I am originally from Massachusetts and went to school in New York for animal science. I ended up in New York working as an animal nutritionist on dairy farms in eastern New York and new England. I fell in love with the area thanks to a great farming community and network of friends. My husband is from Washington county and he will be the third generation on the farm we have been able to milk cows, raise beef, and pork on.
What do you love about the Saratoga Farmers’ Market?
The community of customers and vendors is next to none. I have enjoyed building friendships with both over my time at the market and look forward to seeing them every week.
