Outdoor Market at High Rock Park

Weโ€™re excited to welcome you back to High Rock Park in downtown Saratoga Springs for the Saratoga Farmersโ€™ Marketโ€™s summer season. On Saturday, May 2nd, youโ€™ll find over 70 vendors with the finest agricultural and artisanal products from our region. On Wednesday, May 6th, weโ€™ll launch our mid-week market, which will feature a wide variety of goods from over 30 vendors.ย

Our farmers and retailers have been working hard to get ready for the first outdoor markets of the season. Youโ€™ll be able to fill your bags and baskets with the most delicious vegetables: lettuces, greens, radishes, scallions, asparagus, and much more. You can also buy vigorous vegetable, herb, and flower starts for your gardens. Youโ€™ll find fresh-cut flowers, like tulips, daffodils, and peonies, to brighten your tables and bring cheer to your loved ones. By the end of May, you can munch on sweet, succulent strawberries right out of the pint. Youโ€™ll be able to enjoy sourdough breads, pastries, cookies, cakes and oodles of other treats to satisfy every whim and fancy. You can purchase farm-fresh eggs, sustainably-caught fish, and grass-fed beef, chicken, pork, and lamb. You can sample inspired local wines, beers and spirits. You can buy unique gifts like handmade hats, fine jewelry, decorative beeswax candles, and felted toys. You can fill your
pantries with honey, maple syrup, jams, jellies, hot sauces, peanut butter, spices, and herbs. You
can luxuriate with handcrafted natural soaps, tinctures, salves, lotions, and other potions. Youโ€™ll
be sure to discover something new every time you visit the market.

If youโ€™re hungry after all that shopping, you can try something delicious from one our talented
prepared food vendors or get take-out for later. You can sip on coffee or tea and munch on a
flaky croissant under the trees. You can watch a cooking demo, drop off your kitchen compost
(more details on that soon), and get your knives sharpened. If you need to unwind, you can relax
with a chair massage or do gentle yoga on the lawn.

Most wonderful of all, you can connect with friends new and old, share recipes and stories, and
talk with the people who grow your food and flowers, raise your meat, and create unique,
thoughtful products youโ€™ll find nowhere else. Our community is a special one. All are welcome!
