Ingredients
*Ingredients available at the farmers’ market
- 2 cups ramp leaves*
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup olive oil*
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt
Ingredients
- Prepare the ramps by washing off any remaining dirt.
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse or blend until desired consistency is
reached. It should be creamy. Serve with spring veggies, on pizza, with pasta or your
favorite sandwich.
