What can shoppers expect throughout the winter season at your table?
We’re best known for our cardamom rolls and thin, crispy cookies. We offer a rotating selection of cardamom rolls, seasonal and holiday-specific pastries, tea cakes, and specialty cookies in our pastry case. Our crisp cookie collection contains my personal favorite treats!
- Treringer, or “tree rings” for the spiral ring shape, are a bestseller with their bold cardamom and cinnamon flavor.
- Pekannflarn, “pecan flakes,” are a buttery pecan lace cookie that are highly addictive.
- Loftkokur, “air cookies,” a chocolate meringue with a dash of rosemary literally melts in your mouth.

What is your favorite aspect of being part of the Saratoga Farmers’ Market?
Building personal, meaningful relationships with my customers and other vendors. It’s a privilege to get to know my customers, watch the kids grow up, and celebrate life’s milestones together. I’m truly grateful to share my family’s culture with my customers and personally receive their gratitude and appreciation.
How many years have you been at the winter market?
This is our 5th year in the winter market.
