Free Yoga at the Market

Consider trying a free yoga at the market with Yoga Mandali instructor Himanee Gupta. Classes take place every Saturday from 10:30–11:30 AM in the market’s pop-up studio.
Why try yoga? Yoga improves flexibility, strength, balance, and posture while supporting overall physical health. It also reduces stress, boosts mental clarity, and promotes a sense of calm and well-being.
