From Starter to Loaf: A Beginner’s Guide to Sourdough

Curious about sourdough but not sure where to begin? Join Leigh Rathner of Night Work Bread for a beginner-friendly introduction to the art of sourdough baking at the Saratoga Farmers’ Market. Leigh will demonstrate the basics of maintaining a healthy starter, mixing a simple sourdough loaf, and building the confidence to start baking at home.

Participants will receive sourdough starter to take home after the workshop, so you’ll leave ready to begin your own sourdough journey.
