Watch the creation of a fresh and delicious dish using market ingredients along with staples from the co-op — with samples served afterward! \n\n\n\nFrom 4–5 pm\, the talented dancers of the Ellen Sinopoli Dance Company will bring the market to life with a special live performance. \n\n\n\nFrom 3–6 pm\, children can enjoy mini fruit and yogurt sundaes at the POP Club tent\, with gluten-free and plant-based options available. Kids can also receive their first POP Passport stamp and $4 in POP Club coins thanks to the generous support of the Christopher Dailey Foundation. \n\n\n\nThe Saratoga Springs Public Library will be on-site from 3–6 pm hosting a fun craft for children of all ages and abilities\, while the Adirondack Literacy Council will be giving away free children’s books throughout the afternoon. \n\n\n\nAnd that’s just the beginning!
