Saratoga Springs” October Fest will start this year at the Saratoga Farmers’ Market. The official ribbon cutting to start the festivities will take place at 10AM Saturday Oct 27. Mayor Keehan and Andrew Brindisi, chair of October Fest, will be on hand to cut the ribbon and announce the winner of the Market’s Guess the Weight of the Pumpkin Contest.
